Skilled based migration
Federal Skilled worker category is designed for individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada on the basis of their own credentials. To qualify for skilled worker category, applicants will be assessed on different factors of Education, Age, Work Experience, Language proficiency, Arranged Employment and Adaptability factors. Under Adaptability factor applicants will get points for their Spouse education, Canadian education/ work and close relatives in Canada. To qualify under this category applicants needs to attain 67 points
Family based migration
We know it is important to help families who come from other countries to reunite. If you are a Foreign citizen or a permanent resident of other country, you can sponsor your spouse, common-law partner, marital partner, dependent child (including adopted child) or other eligible relative (such as a parent or grandparent) to become a permanent resident.
Employment based migration
Employment based migration is also known as Work permit. It is basically defined into 4 categories high-skilled workers, low-skilled workers, the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program, and the Live-In Caregiver Program.
Foreign workers must have an approved job offer and a work permit before arriving in foreign country under the employment based migration.
Business and investment-based migration
The Business Immigration Program seeks to attract experienced business peopleto foreign country who will support the development of a strong and prosperous Canadian economy.
